Hi, I’m Holly, and I’m the founder of The Salon Circle. My love for the hair industry began at 16, when I started my apprenticeship and worked my way up to salon manager. While completing my Business & Marketing degree, I immersed myself in researching market trends and that’s where my passion for sustainable companies first began. After a few years working as a Digital Performance Manager (and Head of TikTok!) at a marketing agency, I realised how much I missed the hair world. The Salon Circle is where it all comes together my background in hairdressing, my skills in marketing and business, and my drive to champion sustainability. My purpose is simple: to educate, support, and build a community of salon owners who want to future-proof their businesses while making a positive impact on people and the planet.
